Will I have to pay any additional duties & taxes?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded by Glitter Friends BBYMA Pty Ltd

PayPal provides an easy and quick way to send and request money online. You can transfer money (abroad) to family, friends, online shops, and auction sites.
You can click PayPal button after viewing your items on your shopping cart page. Then you will leave OrganicbyGlitterFriends.site and enter PayPal’s website. You can sign in to your Paypal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one. According to the on-screen instructions, you can use the Paypal as you want. Usually, PayPal e-check will take 3-5 business days to be confirmed by Paypal.
The reasons why we suggest you use Paypal:
Payment is traceable. Using your PayPal account you can trace the status of your payment.
When you make the payment for your order, you need not use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). When you use your credit card through Paypal, OrganicbyGlitterFriends.site will not take your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.

RETURN POLICY: If you have any problems with our products or your order please, contact us sales@bbyma.com.au Organic by Glitter Friends has a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with a product(s) you have purchased online, we will happily organise a refund or exchange. Simply contact via email explaining whether you want a refund or exchange for the product(s) and a reason for the return or exchange. From there we can arrange to have the products return to us. This should be done within 7 days of receipt and the product(s) must be substantially unused. When returning goods, please keep proof of return in the event the parcel goes missing in transit.

PRIVACY POLICY: All information provided to BBYMA Pty. Ltd. is kept confidential and used simply for the processing of your orders. No emails or personal information is provided to any third party.

SECURITY: For your safety, we never store or even see your credit card details. They are sent directly to PayPal or our bank and erased at the end of the transaction.
