Our Shipping, Payment & Delivery Options



Your order will be delivered in 2-5 business days for all Australian Capital Cities. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for rural areas.

To ensure secure delivery, all parcels must be signed for upon receipt. If you don’t expect to be home during normal business hours, please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.


Shipping is free for all orders of $30 AUD or over within Australia only. International orders shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.


Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from us  which will include your Australia Post consignment number.

You can track the progress of your order through to shipment under ‘My Orders’ in the My Account section or by visiting www.australiapost.com.au and entering your consignment number. If you are unable to locate your consignment number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please Contact Us and our Customer Service team will assist you with your enquiry.


We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.


If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team Contact Us  If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.

International delivery


We use Australia Post postage calculation.

Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.

Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the store shall not be deemed to be in delays in delivery of the goods unless actual delivery of goods occurs later than four weeks from the quoted approximate delivery date and having received the Buyer’s written notification. The buyer shall comply with all laws governing the importation of the goods into the country of destination.

Return Policy

If you have any problems with our products or your order please, contact us sales@bbyma.com.au

Organic by Glitter Friends has a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with a product(s) you have purchased online, we will happily organise a refund or exchange. Simply contact via email explaining whether you want a refund or exchange for the product(s) and a reason for the return or exchange. From there we can arrange to have the products return to us. This should be done within 7 days of receipt and the product(s) must be substantially unused. When returning goods, please keep proof of return in the event the parcel goes missing in transit.

Privacy Policy

All information provided to BBYMA Pty. Ltd. is kept confidential and used simply for the processing of your orders. No emails or personal information is provided to any third party.


For your safety, we never store or even see your credit card details. They are sent directly to PayPal or our bank and erased at the end of the transaction.

Please check that the 'padlock' icon in your browser is active when you checkout. This indicates an encrypted connection which means that third parties cannot intercept your data in transit.

Ingredient Philosophy

Everyone has personal preferences for ingredients they like and dislike. We love natural plant oils and extracts. We are also one of the few companies to be proud to show all our ingredients on our website, not just the pretty ones. The ingredients you won’t find in our products include:

Paraffin Oil (Mineral Oil)

Synthetic Preservatives such as Parabens, Phenoxyethanol, Formaldehyde Donors.

PEG’s and Synthetic Penetration enhancers.

Sodium Laureth Sulphate or harsh cleansers. (simply because there are gentler, natural alternatives.)

Natural Ingredients and Allergies - Patch Test Your Products!

Many people are allergic to fruits, nuts, milk and other natural ingredients. Virtually nobody is allergic to Cola. This does not mean that Cola is good for our health and fruit is bad. The reason is that our bodies have not had the time to develop the wrong immune response (develop an allergy) to synthetic ingredients.

If you are prone to allergies, patch test all natural products on a small area of skin first. Once this is done, natural products are generally much better for health in our opinion.


It is tempting to believe that when spending more on skincare products, we are taking "better care" of our skin.

To some extent this is true. There are many cheap creams that are of very poor quality. However, there is also a marketing strategy of pricing creams expensively for no reason other than to increase sales to the high-end market. Most people are not cosmetic chemists, and so really do not know what the ingredients are, and so will pay more in the hope it is better.

The ingredients in our creams are some of the most expensive available, and we use them in high concentrations. However, we are still able to cover costs while keeping the price affordable for everyday use.
